White pepper: This tart, slightly sour pepper is great on fish and in soups. It looks really cool in a clear grinder with black lava salt.

Cooking With Z
This is my brand new cooking blog. I am a boy who is aspiring to be the head chef at a restaurant when I grow up. So I decided what better way to get started then to start a blog and see what feedback I get.
