You will need:
5 bananas
vanilla extract
about 3/4 cup of sugar
a big splash of cream
Cut bananas into inch thick rounds. Add to a pan with sugar and cream. Turn the stove on high and fold often making sure it does not burn. About half way to being done add vanilla extract and fold vigorously it should be a caramel color and taste like, well, a banana caramel. It will look something like the picture serve hot. Enjoy!
